Additionally, there is an achievement in Gears 5 called "It Takes Three To Make A Thing Go Right" that players can earn by completing an Act in 3-player co-op. These achievements include attacking enemies with Jack's abilities in the campaign and fully upgrading Jack, as well as completing an Act of the campaign playing as Jack. There are multiple achievements for Gears 5's campaign that have players do various things as Jack, the hovering robot that follows players around throughout the entire Gears of War series. However, the list of Gears 5 achievements has been released today, confirming that there is in fact 3-player co-op for the campaign, with both the PC and Xbox One supporting 3-player split-screen. While it's been reported in the past that Gears 5 technically supports 3-player co-op in the campaign, it seems this detail has flown under the radar for many. There has been some confusion surrounding the number of playable characters in Gears 5's story campaign.
